DKG Creations Fundraising Policies

These policies outline the terms, conditions, and procedures that apply to all fundraising programs managed by DKG Creations Fundraising. By participating in or purchasing from a DKG Creations Fundraising campaign, organizations and supporters agree to the following terms.

1. Order Fulfillment

All fundraiser orders are produced and shipped directly by DKG Creations. Fundraiser items are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 business days after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier volume and location.

2. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

All sales from fundraiser programs are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. If an item arrives defective or damaged due to an error in production or packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dkgcreations99@gmail.com to arrange a replacement at no cost. DKG Creations is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or mishandling during or after delivery. Damage resulting from shipping carrier negligence will be addressed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with carrier policies.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in all fundraiser item prices. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

4. Fundraiser Duration & Payouts

Each fundraiser runs for a specific period agreed upon during setup, typically 3–4 weeks. After the fundraiser ends, DKG Creations will total all sales and issue payment for the organization’s proceeds within 30 days of the end date. Payments are issued by check or another mutually agreed-upon method.

5. Design Approval

All fundraiser designs must be approved by the organization’s contact person before products are made available for purchase. DKG Creations is not responsible for errors in artwork or design details approved prior to production.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Customer information collected during a fundraiser (such as name, email, and shipping address) is used solely for order fulfillment. DKG Creations does not sell, share, or use customer information for unrelated marketing purposes.

7. Program Terms

Participating organizations agree to promote their fundraiser ethically and transparently. DKG Creations reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a fundraiser if the organization’s activities conflict with our values or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Designs created by DKG Creations for fundraising purposes remain the property of DKG Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing. Organizations may not reproduce or distribute these designs without prior written consent.
