1. Order Fulfillment
All fundraiser orders are produced and shipped directly by DKG Creations. Fundraiser items are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 business days after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier volume and location.
2. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
All sales from fundraiser programs are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. If an item arrives defective or damaged due to an error in production or packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dkgcreations99@gmail.com to arrange a replacement at no cost. DKG Creations is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or mishandling during or after delivery. Damage resulting from shipping carrier negligence will be addressed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with carrier policies.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in all fundraiser item prices. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
